Live Grief Care & Share Session

Join Gaby (grief movement guide and facilitator) from The Grief Cocoon for this gently guided session that will foster connection with yourself and others, give you embodied practices to support you through grief, and provide an inviting space to share and listen.

Whether you’re grieving someone you love, a relationship, your health, or experiencing collective grief, community connection is a vital source of hope and comfort. Spending time with other grievers can be life-changing and validating as you hear their stories and they listen to yours. Through this process, you realise you’re not alone in your grief and gain new insights that will stay with you.

This session is for you if you want to:

  • connect with other grievers

  • share your grief in a supportive environment

  • discover the impact of gentle somatic work designed to provide release and relief as you grieve

  • be heard, seen, and acknowledged by others

  • learn how to process your grief in healthy ways

It will begin with guided somatic work, leading into an open, facilitated space for participants to share what's on their hearts and minds, and it will end with somatic work and reflections.

Please note: Sharing is optional and you’re welcome to listen and participate at a level you feel comfortable with.
