Learn to Love Your Grief
Over 8 weeks, you’ll be guided through a unique mix of writing, movement, and breathing exercises to help you process and befriend grief as a BIPOC person. In each session, you’ll have your grief witnessed and acknowledged through open conversations and sharing of reflections.
Together, we’ll navigate through topics such as:
Boundaries and self-compassion
How culture impacts grief
Living alongside grief while connecting to love and glimmers of hope
The impact and influence of systemic structures on grief
Finding and being held by community
Befriending grief
…as well as other topics that you and other participants would like to explore.
Being a first-time program, you’ll get to shape the program content and structure along the way to make it valuable for you, and everyone who takes part after you.
