Learn to Love Your Grief

Over 8 weeks, you’ll be guided through a unique mix of writing, movement, and breathing exercises to help you process and befriend grief as a BIPOC person. In each session, you’ll have your grief witnessed and acknowledged through open conversations and sharing of reflections.

Together, we’ll navigate through topics such as:

  • Boundaries and self-compassion

  • How culture impacts grief

  • Living alongside grief while connecting to love and glimmers of hope

  • The impact and influence of systemic structures on grief

  • Finding and being held by community

  • Befriending grief

…as well as other topics that you and other participants would like to explore.

Being a first-time program, you’ll get to shape the program content and structure along the way to make it valuable for you, and everyone who takes part after you.
